EMDR Informed Therapeutic Coaching. £80 per 1.5 hour session

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful therapeutic method that helps release blocks to your potential by targeting and reprocessing the memories, beliefs, and emotional patterns that hold you back. EMDR allows us to work with the brain’s natural healing process, helping you release the grip of past experiences, fears, and limiting beliefs, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.​How we'll use EMDR together​EMDR follows a structured, eight-phase approach designed to help you achieve lasting change:

History & Goal Setting – We begin by understanding your history, goals, and the specific challenges or blocks you'd like to overcome.

Preparation – I’ll teach you grounding and relaxation techniques to ensure you feel safe and supported throughout the process.

Assessment – Together, we identify the key memories, emotions, or beliefs contributing to your blocks. This helps us know what to target for reprocessing.

Desensitization – Using guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation, we process the selected memories, helping to reduce their emotional intensity.

Installation – We reinforce positive beliefs that support your goals, creating new, empowering perspectives that align with your potential.

Body Scan & Closure – We ensure you feel grounded and check for any lingering sensations or thoughts, so each session concludes with a sense of completion and calm.

Psychotherapy helps you gain insight, build self-compassion, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. It’s a journey of self-discovery that promotes healing by addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and self-worth. By working through these areas, psychotherapy empowers you to feel more grounded, resilient, and able to navigate life’s complexities with greater ease. How EMDR Heals Trauma EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a specialized technique focused on releasing the emotional and physical hold that trauma can have on the mind and body. Trauma can create stuck points in the brain, where difficult memories and associated feelings remain unprocessed and continue to cause distress. Through EMDR, we use bilateral stimulation—typically eye movements, taps, or sounds—to help the brain reprocess these traumatic memories. This process allows the brain to “digest” and integrate traumatic experiences, reducing their emotional intensity and helping you move past their impact. EMDR essentially rewires the way the brain holds onto traumatic memories, so they no longer trigger the same distress, making space for calm, empowerment, and healing. Together, psychotherapy and EMDR create a holistic approach that supports both healing and growth, allowing you to build a more fulfilling life.
